Got questions? Please start here:
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located at the Holua Racquet and Paddle Center. Check out our Contact page for a map and address
Q: I am in town for just a few days. Can I come down and play?
A: Yes! Drop ins are welcome. The drop in fee is $5.00. You can register and get more information by visiting our Drop In page.
Q: What can I expect when I arrive to play for the first time?
A: You can expect a whole lot of Aloha along with the usual pickleball laughter and banter. A court Ambassador will be available to answer any questions and to get you to sign the usual waivers.
Q: I'm here for several weeks/months. Do you offer memberships?
A: Absolutely. Please visit our Membership page for more details and to join and pay your membership fees.
Q: When do you play?
A: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Please see our Schedule page for more information.
Q: How is play organized?
A: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays is drop in play. We use a paddle holder system for drop in play. If you are a 3.5 or higher player you put your paddle in the purple paddle holder. If you are below a 3.5 skill level you can put your paddle in the red paddle holder. Once 4 paddles are in the holder the paddle owners find a court and play. On Saturday mornings we offer a more organized (aka competitive) environment. If you want to play on Saturday mornings you have to register on our Registered Play page.
Q: How many courts do you have?
A: We can set up to 12 courts depending on the event and the number of players.
Q: Are there washroom facilities available?
A: Yes washrooms are located in the administration building by the grandstand court.
Q: Are there drinking fountains available?
A: There is a water bottle filling station located by the washrooms in the administration building. You must wear a mask to enter this building.
Q: Do you offer lessons or clinics?
A: Best to talk to Richard at the Holua Racquet and Paddle Center.
Q: Can I just show up outside of club times and play with my friends and family?
A: Unfortunately not. We lease court time from Holua Racquet and Paddle Center. If you want to play outside of our club times you would need to contact them to arrange for court rentals.
